COAP 2026 Offer Rounds in Progress: IIT M.Tech Admissions Open

COAP 2026 — coordinated by IIT Roorkee at coap2026.iitr.ac.in — opened on 11 May 2026 and runs through 15 August 2026. Round 5 (a decisive round) released offers on 6 June 2026.

Key reminders: COAP is not an application portal — you must have applied separately to each IIT before COAP rounds started. In COAP, "Accept" commits you to that seat; "Retain" lets you hold a current offer while waiting for a better one in a later round; "Reject" releases the seat.

The COAP host rotates every year. coap.iitd.ac.in (old IIT Delhi host) serves stale 2021 content — do not use it. Always verify the current-year COAP host from official IIT communications.
