How to use CCMT
- Register on CCMT with your GATE scorecard details — Open CCMT registration using your GATE year, application number, and score. Personal and academic details will also be required.
- Fill programme choices in order of preference — Add as many valid programme choices as you want, in your preferred order. A broader choice list improves your chance of a seat in an earlier round.
- Check allotment results after each round — CCMT runs multiple allotment rounds. Log in after each round to see if you have been allotted a seat.
- Accept the seat and complete document verification — If allotted a seat you want, accept it within the deadline and proceed to document verification and fee payment as specified by the allotted institute.
- Apply for upgrades if applicable — Candidates with a lower-preference seat can remain in the system for better seat options in later rounds, subject to the CCMT upgrade rules.
