There is a person at the other end of this page. If something on this site is wrong, unclear or out of date, please tell us.

Email us

Site email: hello@gatehelpcenter.com

Operator email: gyaniversity.publications@gmail.com

Use either address. The second one reaches Gyaniversity Publications directly and is the fallback if you do not hear back.

We reply within 3 working days. If your message needs a fact to be checked against an official document first, we will say so in our reply and tell you when to expect the answer.

Postal

Gyaniversity Publications, India. Our full postal address is available on request by email. We do not publish a phone number; email is the only way to reach us, and it gives both of us a written record.

What to write to us about

Corrections — a wrong date, fee, paper code or rule.

Broken links, especially to official portals; these change every exam cycle.

Outdated exam information. GATE's organising institute rotates every year and the rules move with it. If a page still describes an old cycle, tell us.

Content suggestions — a question you could not get answered anywhere, or a cohort you think we are ignoring.

Advertising and partnership enquiries.

Corrections: please tell us

If you find something wrong on this site, email us and we will fix or remove it. You do not need to prove it. Send the page address and what looks wrong, plus a link to the official source if you have one. We check it against the primary document, correct or remove the claim, and record the change in our public corrections log with the date. We would far rather be corrected by a reader than leave a wrong fact where a candidate can act on it.

What we cannot do

We cannot register you for GATE, change your GOAPS application, retrieve your admit card, change your exam city, or influence any counselling allotment or PSU recruitment decision. We are an independent help centre — not the GATE organising institute, not COAP, not CCMT. For anything official, use the official portal for the current cycle.

GATE Help Center is an independent student help resource operated by Gyaniversity Publications. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the GATE organising IITs/IISc, COAP and CCMT.
